I am trying to find out how to read the result. For the Navy we are us to 0, 5, 10 and 20 PPM. This reading is 0.1. What would 0.1 ppm be exactly I reference to our normal chart?

I would assume for a 0.1 ppm reading you would say it was 0 ppm. The JF-WA1-N you are using is just far more accurate. The 0.1 ppm is basically 0 ppm.
